Gaby's Bakery - Watermelon Cascade

Of course this requires no baking but it's quick to prepare and makes a juicy presentation after a summer dinner. The more guests you have the higher the tiers can go.

Watermelon Cascade

Ingredients:
2 watermelons (1 large, 1 mini)
Blackberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Purple / black grapes

Optional – mint leaves to decorate

Skewers / toothpicks

Method:
Cut the rounded ends off both watermelons so they sit flat. Then cut the rind off the rest of the watermelons so you have two cylinder shapes, one smaller than the other. Insert a few wooden skewers into the larger watermelon and then sit the smaller one on top.

From there, be as creative as you wish decorating the watermelons with your berries and grapes. Use toothpicks to help adhere some of the fruit into the watermelons.

Enjoy

It’s been a long time since the first Brazilian Blowdry products were being used. The few people that supplied these unbranded products here in the late 1990s worked in the shadows like drug dealers distributing hooch from the cottage industry of stills in the jungle and favelas.
