Gaby's Bakery - Homemade Banana Ice-Cream

Bananas blend into a texture that’s remarkably rich and silky without needing lots of additives. This icy, creamy treat is cosy, relaxed and quietly luxurious.

Homemade Banana Ice-Cream

Ingredients:
250ml double cream
200ml milk
100g sugar
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Pinch of salt

Optional: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, raspberries to serve

Method:
In a blender blitz all the ingredients together until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Take out the fridge, stir mixture and then freeze. Every 30 mins for the first 2 hours stir again, then leave to fully freeze for at least 8 hours.

Sprinkle over some chopped nuts, chocolate chips and raspberries to serve.

Enjoy
