Gaby's Bakery - Homemade Healthy Snicker Bites

Healthier and way more delicious than the ones you pick up at the Tesco checkout, or Harrods! Dates, dark chocolate, peanuts and no added sugar, this no-bake recipe is simple to make and best kept in the fridge afterwards.

Homemade Healthy Snicker Bites

Ingredients:
230g medjool pitted dates (appx 12-14)
200g dark chocolate chips
85g smooth peanut butter
85g raw peanuts
Sprinkle of sea salt

Method:

Line a 8 x 10-inch baking tray with parchment paper.

Open the dates and flatten them onto the base of the baking tray.

Spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates, then scatter the peanuts.

Melt the chocolate and pour this evenly over the peanuts, then sprinkle with a little sea salt.

Place in the fridge and allow to set for an hour. Take out and cut into bite size pieces.

Enjoy!
