Gaby's Bakery - Chocolate Protein Balls

This weeks focus is on a healthier option which is easy to prepare and vanish very quickly in our house. I could never seem to make enough of these protein balls for the salon.

Chocolate Protein Balls
Vegan if honey replaced with maple syrup

Ingredients:
125gms natural peanut butter
115gms honey
110gms oats
40gms dark chocolate (chopped)
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder.

Method:
Mix all ingredients together.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30mins.

Take out the fridge, roll into balls and the place back in fridge for a further hour, (they will keep best if refrigerated).

Enjoy.
